Goods and Services Tax (GST) Update
New update : Now GST portal is equipped and will charge Late fees even for filing GSTR 1 beyond due date.
Request to note above change effective from Nov-2022 Return.
Under the Goods and Services Tax (GST) law, the late fee towards not furnishing GSTR-1 Form will be Rs.200/- per day for late filing (Rs.100/- as per the CGST Act and Rs.100/- as per SGST Act) 14-Nov-2022.
